Job summary

Primera Hotel Seminyak is seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to supervise and coordinate daily HR activities in Bali. You will implement HR policies, manage recruitment, payroll, attendance, and employee welfare while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's in HR/Management or Hospitality, 2–3 years of HR experience in hospitality, and strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace is expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, Hospitality, or related field.
• 2–3 years HR experience, preferably in hospitality/hotel industry.
• Good knowledge of HR administration, labor regulations, recruitment, and employee relations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organization and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily HR operations and ensure proper implementation of HR processes.
• Coordinate recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and staff integration.
• Monitor attendance, leaves, overtime, and personnel records.
• Assist payroll preparation, BPJS administration, and employee benefits.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and staff concerns.
• Coordinate training, development programs, and performance appraisals.
• Maintain employment contracts, HR documents, and personnel files.
• Ensure compliance with policies, SOPs, and labor regulations.
• Prepare monthly HR and manpower reports and other HR-related reports.
• Support employee engagement activities and internal communications.
