Job summary

Entrepreneur Resorts Limited in Bali is seeking an HR & Finance Officer to support day-to-day HR and finance operations, working closely with management and staff to ensure HR administration, payroll, and records are accurate and timely.

You will handle recruitment lifecycle, contracts, attendance, payroll data, maintain confidential records, and assist with compliance and reporting. Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred; Bali relocation is considered.

Qualifications

• Indonesian citizen with Bali relocation willingness.
• 2–3 years' experience in HR, Finance, Administration or similar.
• Good understanding of Indonesian employment administration and basic payroll processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, probation, contract administration and offboarding.
• Prepare employment contracts, letters, HR documentation and other employee-related correspondence.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
• Assist with attendance, leave, payroll information and employee benefits administration.
• Support recruitment activities, including posting job advertisements, screening candidates and coordinating interviews.
• Assist with performance review and employee engagement processes.
• Help ensure compliance with company policies, employment regulations and internal procedures.
• Respond to employee queries and provide general HR administrative support.
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
• Support payroll preparation and ensure relevant information is submitted accurately and on time.
