• Manage daily attendance and update attendance reports.
• Maintain and update staff leave records.
• Process approved leave forms and update summaries.
• Inform staff on leave approval or rejection.
• Maintain Master's Listings with staff information.
• Ensure annual submission of Personal Information Update forms.
• Handle new staff onboarding processes.
• Manage staff personal files and conduct monthly updates.
• Arrange new staff bank account openings.
• Support recruitment activities and job postings.
• Handle company communication professionally.
• Provide backup support to HR team members.
