Job summary

PT Alliance Consumer Products Indonesia in North Sumatra is seeking an experienced HR Assistant Manager to oversee payroll operations, manpower planning, industrial relations, and HR compliance.

You will drive end-to-end payroll, ensure regulatory adherence, manage outsourced workforce, and provide data analysis to leadership, with a focus on integrity and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major (Psychology/Law/Management preferred).
• Min. 7 years of HR experience with 3 years in Supervisor/Assistant Manager.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor regulations.
• Familiar with HRIS systems, especially Talenta.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and stakeholder management skills.
• English is a must (spoken and written).

• Handle employee issues in accordance with labor regulations and company policies

• Ensure compliance with Indonesian Labor Law and related government regulations (BPJS, PPh 21 tax, etc.)
