Job summary

PT Alliance Consumer Products Indonesia, a leading manufacturer in Indonesia, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead end-to-end HR functions at our Sei Mangkei plant in North Sumatra. You will design HR strategy, oversee recruitment, payroll, policies, and compliance with Indonesian labor law.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in HR-related field, 15+ years in HR with 3+ years in management, manufacturing experience, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Law, HR Management, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience in manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor regulations (Omnibus Law/UU Cipta Kerja, BPJS Employment/Health, etc.).
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement HR strategies aligned with company business goals.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process.
• Develop and oversee the performance appraisal system.
• Manage payroll, benefits, and employee administration.
• Draft and update employment policies and SOPs (company regulations, collective labor agreements, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian Labor Law and related government regulations (BPJS, PPh 21 tax, etc.).
• Handle industrial relations, including employee grievance and conflict resolution.
• Design training and development programs.
• Manage employee engagement and company work culture.
• Conduct HR data analysis and reporting (turnover, headcount, etc.) to management.
