Ideatax, a fast-growing tax firm in Indonesia, seeks an HR Supervisor to oversee daily HR operations and ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws. You will lead recruitment for consulting and operational roles, manage annual performance cycles, and support managers in coaching teams.

The role emphasizes employee relations, culture, and training coordination to boost productivity, while handling payroll inputs and BPJS administration.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, or Law.
• Certification: Certified by BNSP in Human Resources.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years as HR Supervisor.
• Experience: Preference for consulting, professional services, or service industry.
• Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, conflict-resolution; excellent Indonesian and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR operations and ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company regulations.
• Lead end-to-end talent acquisition strategies for consulting and operational roles.
• Manage annual performance appraisal cycles, set KPIs, and coach managers.
• Maintain employee relations and culture, handle grievances, and organize engagement programs.
• Coordinate training to close skill gaps and supervise payroll inputs and BPJS administration.
