Job summary

Coordination with foremen, contractors, suppliers and internal teams is essential. The role requires 3+ years as a site supervisor on housing projects, proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel, and a valid driving licence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience as Supervisor/Site Supervisor on housing projects.
• Proficiency in construction, RAB/BOQ and time schedule.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel.
• Own vehicle and active driving licence.
• Willing to work outside the city.
• Placement in Semarang.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of housing projects and control progress, costs, quality, time, materials, and labour.
• Ensure work complies with technical drawings, RAB/BOQ, time schedule and K3 standards.
• Coordinate with foremen, contractors, suppliers and internal teams.
• Resolve technical obstacles in the field.
• Produce project progress reports.
