Job summary

PT Mikroland Property Development is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee housing project implementation in Semarang. You will manage progress, costs, quality, time, materials and labour, ensuring compliance with drawings, RAB/BOQ and schedules.

Coordination with foremen, contractors, suppliers and internal teams is essential. The role requires 3+ years as a site supervisor on housing projects, proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel, and a valid driving licence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience as Supervisor/Site Supervisor on housing projects.
• Proficiency in construction, RAB/BOQ and time schedule.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel.
• Own vehicle and active driving licence.
• Willing to work outside the city.
• Placement in Semarang.
