Job summary

PT Loka Abadi Sentausa in Jakarta is seeking an experienced Pelaksana Lapangan (Field Supervisor & Engineer) to oversee on-site operations, manage construction teams, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree, 2+ years as a field supervisor or site engineer, and strong leadership with proficiency in English and Indonesian. Knowledge of conventional and digital reporting tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• What we're looking for: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years as field supervisor/site engineer in construction.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations (Indonesia).
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in reading technical drawings and specifications.
• Fluent in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.
• Familiar with project management, scheduling, and budget control.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with specs and safety standards.
• Coordinate construction teams, main contractors, and specialists for efficient workflow.
• Monitor progress against schedule and take corrective actions for on-time delivery.
• Conduct safety inspections and enforce safety protocols on site.
• Interpret drawings, specifications, and plans to guide operations.
• Document daily site activities and progress reports.
• Inspect materials and workmanship for quality and compliance.
• Manage materials, labor, and equipment budgets for projects.
• Communicate project status with management, clients, and stakeholders.
• Identify risks and implement on-site solutions promptly.
