Job Description
The Assistant Sales Manager (Corporate Segment) is responsible for driving corporate business revenue by developing, managing, and expanding relationships with corporate clients and key accounts. This role focuses on achieving sales targets through strategic account management, market analysis, contract negotiation, and close coordination with internal departments to ensure excellent service delivery. The Assistant Sales Manager actively identifies new business opportunities, maintains strong client relationships, and represents the hotel in sales calls, networking events, and corporate functions to strengthen market presence and maximize room and revenue performance.
Qualifications
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably handling corporate or key accounts.
Strong understanding of the corporate market segment and hotel sales strategies.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage corporate contracts and negotiations.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office and hotel sales systems.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Good command of English, both written and spoken (additional languages are an advantage).
