Swissôtel Nusantara in Indonesia is seeking a hotel housekeeping professional to maintain guest rooms, suites, and public areas with a focus on presentation and guest privacy.

The role requires a year of international-brand experience, fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, and a customer‑oriented, detail‑driven approach. You will work flexible hours to ensure cleanliness and guest satisfaction in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar position in an international brand.
• Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Guest-oriented, strong attention to details and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to meet physical demands of the role.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Flexible with working hours and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, suites, and public areas.
• Ensure impeccable room presentation, bed making, replenishment, final inspection.
• Deliver courteous, discreet, and personalized service while respecting guest privacy.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, and lost & found items promptly.
• Follow all housekeeping SOPs, health & safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Maintain proper use of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and linen supplies.
• Work collaboratively with housekeeping, front office, and engineering teams.
