Job summary

Swissôtel Nusantara, a distinguished 5-star hotel in Indonesia's IKN, seeks a dedicated Housekeeping professional. You will clean and maintain guest rooms, suites, and public areas to Swiss standards, ensuring impeccable presentation and guest privacy.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in an international-brand role, speak Bahasa Indonesia and English, and can handle physical demands with a professional, positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar position in an international brand.
• Remote area work experience is preferred.
• Guest-oriented, strong attention to details and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to meet physical demands of the role.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Flexible with working hours and ability to work under pressure.
• Physical ability to lift moderate weight, stand and walk for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, suites, and public areas as per the hotel standards
• Ensure impeccable room presentation, including bed making, amenities replenishment, and final inspection
• Deliver courteous, discreet, and personalized service while respecting guest privacy
• Report maintenance issues, damages, and lost & found items promptly
• Follow all housekeeping SOPs, health & safety, and hygiene regulations
• Maintain proper use of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and linen supplies
• Work collaboratively with housekeeping, front office, and engineering teams
