Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Outlet Manager or similar role in high-end hotel/restaurant.
• Assistant Manager experience: 1–2 years preferred; 2–3 years as an Assistant Manager.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training is a plus.
• Excellent communication, grooming, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Friendly, professional, and guest-focused.
• Able to work flexible shifts.
• Indonesian nationals only due to local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily outlet operations to ensure smooth service and brand standards.
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Manage guest feedback and promptly resolve issues to enhance satisfaction.
• Monitor stock levels, ordering, and costs to optimize profitability.
• Drive upselling initiatives and support revenue targets.
• Ensure health, safety, and hygiene regulations are followed in all areas.
• Coordinate with kitchen, housekeeping, and other departments for seamless service.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards across the outlet.
