Hilton Bali Resort is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to partner with the General Manager and oversee front office, housekeeping, F&B and engineering, ensuring seamless guest experiences and the highest service standards.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration while driving cost efficiencies and a high‑performance culture. Fluent English and a hospitality background are essential.

Qualifications

• A degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
• Experience leading large hotel operations and teams.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control skills.
• Familiarity with hotel PMS and operations software.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a guest-centric mindset.

Responsabilités

• Lead operational departments to align with hotel goals and partner with GM.
• Oversee daily hotel operations to deliver seamless guest experiences.
• Drive process improvements to reduce costs and boost efficiency.
• Monitor and manage departmental budgets and financial performance.
• Develop and mentor department heads and teams for high performance.
• Coordinate across sales, marketing, and revenue teams to support business goals.
