Job summary

PRISM, part of OYO's global hospitality ecosystem, seeks an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily hotel operations across front desk, housekeeping, F&B and maintenance in Balikpapan. The role focuses on delivering outstanding guest experiences, optimizing revenue and occupancy, and ensuring cost control.

You will lead and develop hotel staff, implement business strategies, monitor financial performance, and use hotel management software to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in hospitality.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Able to make strategic decisions and solve problems efficiently.
