PT Novus Hotel Manajemen in Jakarta seeks a Director of Sales to lead the hotel's sales strategy across corporate, government, and MICE segments. You will drive revenue growth through strategic planning, client relationships, and collaboration with revenue management and marketing teams.

We require a proven leader with at least 5 years in hotel sales, 2+ years in leadership, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hotel sales experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role.

• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
