Job summary

OYO Rooms Indonesia is expanding in Palembang and seeks energetic sales professionals to own partnerships with property owners in the region. You will actively meet owners on the ground, pitch the OYO partnership, and close deals to grow our network.

The role requires field-based work across assigned sites, delivering targets, building relationships, and coordinating with operations and revenue teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing performance.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in sales, business development or partnerships/acquisitions. Preferably from Hospitality or startups.
• Experience creating sales pipeline and hunting new partners.
• Accustomed to working under pressure of achieving targets.
• Good presentation and negotiation skills.
• Good analytical and numerical skills.
• Thrives in building and maintaining relationships with new people.

Responsibilities

• Meet property owners on the field to present OYO partnership proposals and pitch agreements.
• Negotiate and close partnership deals to onboard properties onto the OYO network.
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, pricing, marketing, finance) to ensure smooth daily management of partnered properties.
