Job summary

Responsibilities include coordinating with department heads, managing schedules and resources, monitoring costs, generating reports, and upholding safety and policy compliance. Fluency in English and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of managerial experience in hospitality or related field.
• Strong leadership & team management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of hotel operations and guest service standards.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Able to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of all hotel departments to ensure smooth and efficient performance.
• Lead, motivate, and supervise team members while fostering a positive work environment.
• Ensure excellent guest service by maintaining high hospitality standards and promptly resolving guest concerns.
• Monitor staff performance, provide coaching, and support employee development.
• Coordinate with department heads to achieve operational goals and improve overall efficiency.
• Manage schedules, staffing levels, and operational resources effectively.
• Monitor inventory, supplies, and operational costs to maintain budget targets.
• Prepare operational reports and analyze performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety regulations, and company standards.
• Utilize POS systems and Microsoft Office applications for reporting, administration, and operational management.
• Handle operational challenges and make timely, effective decisions to maintain service quality.
