Job summary

Swiss-Belhotel Palu seeks an experienced Manager on Duty to oversee daily hotel operations during the assigned shift, supervise Front Office activities from check-in to cashiering, handle guest requests, and ensure smooth service recovery.

You will coordinate with all departments, monitor SOPs and service standards, manage incidents, document handovers, and coach Front Office staff while safeguarding guest safety and hotel assets.

• Good knowledge of Front Office operations.
• Problem-solving and conflict-management skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Good knowledge of hotel policies, SOPs, and emergency procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily hotel operations during the assigned shift as Manager on Duty.
• Supervise Front Office operations including check-in/out, room assignment, guest requests, and cashiering.
• Handle guest complaints and service recovery with proper follow-up.
• Coordinate with all HODs/departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor hotel standards, SOP compliance, grooming, discipline, and service quality.
• Monitor financial and internal control procedures and Front Office transactions.
