Job summary

Four Points by Sheraton Cikarang seeks a Hotel Manager to lead all property operations, reporting to the General Manager or acting as GM in their absence. The role requires managing Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and Engineering while aligning with brand standards and service initiatives.

Preferred candidates have Indonesia-based experience, pre-opening or conversion experience, and strong Bahasa Indonesia communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in hospitality or business administration.
• Minimum 8 years of managerial experience in hotel operations.
• Proven leadership of executive teams in property operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all hotel operations to ensure guest satisfaction and financial performance.
• Lead the Executive Committee and department heads to implement the operations strategy.
• Develop and execute property-wide strategies aligned with the brand service vision.
• Direct profitability and departmental budgeting to optimize margins without compromising service.
