Job summary

Four Points by Sheraton Cikarang seeks a Hotel Manager to lead property operations and drive revenue across Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, and Engineering. The role reports to the Executive Committee and ensures brand service standards are met while delivering a strong guest experience.

The ideal candidate has prior Indonesia-based hotel management experience, preferably with pre-opening or conversion projects, and fluent Bahasa Indonesia. A related degree with extensive experience is required.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 8 years' experience in the management operations, sales and marketing, or related professional area.
• OR
• 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 6 years' experience in the management operations, sales and marketing, or related professional area.
• Proficient in communicating in Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Drive guest satisfaction and financial results across Front Office, Food & Beverage, and Rooms.
• Develop and implement operations strategy aligned with brand service standards.
• Lead and coach the property operations team to achieve targets.
