• 4-year bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 6 years' experience in management operations, sales or marketing.

Responsibilities

• Managing Profitability and Departmental Budgets: drive guest satisfaction and financial results.
• Managing Property Operations: ensure brand service strategy and operational goals are met.
• Leading Property Operations Teams: establish vision for product and service delivery on property.
• Managing and Conducting Human Resources Activities: hire, evaluate, and develop leadership teams; foster employee engagement.
