Qualifications

• 2-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 8 years' experience in management operations.
• 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 6 years' experience in management operations.
• Pre-opening/conversion experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability and manage departmental budgets across Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, and Engineering.
• Lead property operations teams and execute the brand service strategy to meet guest needs and revenue goals.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align operations with strategic plans and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
