Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a Hotel Management/Account Management professional to monitor property quality and coordinate with internal teams across operations. You will analyze performance and guide property owners on long-term goals while developing initiatives to drive growth and enhance customer experience.

The role requires 3-5 years in hotel management, the ability to supervise a star-rated hotel team, and a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related fields.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in Hotel Management and Account Management.
• Able to supervise an operational team in a star-rated hotel.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal departments and property staff.
• Analytical abilities for business performance evaluation and long-term planning.
• Adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
