Qualifications

Bachelor or 2-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major.
8 years of experience in management operations, sales and marketing, or related professional area OR 6 years with a 4-year degree.
Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

Manage profitability and departmental budgets to drive guest satisfaction and financial results.
Oversee all hotel operations including Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, and Recreation.
Lead property operations teams and align with the brand service strategy.
Conduct HR activities, performance appraisals, and maintain high employee engagement.
