Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in IT support or in a supervisory IT role.
• Hospitality or multi-outlet environment experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of network systems, hardware, and software management.
• Hands-on experience with POS systems and related operational technologies.
• Basic understanding of IT security, data backup, and system maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily IT operations across all venues, including POS systems, networks, hardware, and software.
• Ensure all systems are functioning efficiently to support smooth front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
• Manage installation, configuration, and upgrades of IT systems and equipment.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues.
• Respond promptly to technical problems and resolve them with minimal disruption to operations.
• Escalate complex issues when needed and ensure proper follow-through until resolution.
• Monitor network stability, performance, and connectivity across all locations.
• Ensure data security, system access control, and compliance with company IT policies.
• Oversee regular data backup processes and ensure data integrity.
• Maintain and support POS systems to ensure accuracy and reliability in daily transactions.
• Coordinate with POS providers and external vendors for troubleshooting, updates, and improvements.
• Support system integrations related to operations (e.g., ordering, reporting, inventory if applicable).
• Liaise with external IT vendors and service providers for maintenance, repairs, and system enhancements.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, including tracking, condition, and lifecycle of equipment.
• Ensure proper documentation of systems, licenses, and service agreements.
• Provide day-to-day technical support to team members across departments.
• Guide staff on proper use of systems to minimize errors and improve efficiency.
• Support onboarding of new staff in relation to system access and usage.
