Job summary

Ascott Indonesia is seeking a commercially driven Hotel Manager to lead the property’s overall operations, drive revenue growth, and uphold brand standards. You will manage a high-performing team, engage with owners and corporate clients, and ensure exceptional guest experiences across all service aspects.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of senior leadership in hospitality, with exposure to international operators and a strong commercial mindset to advance sales performance and profitability

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in hospitality.
• Experience with an international hotel or serviced residence operator.
• Sales or commercial leadership experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of the Surabaya hospitality market and dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall operations and strategic direction to achieve revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Drive commercial performance through sales, marketing, distribution, and revenue management.
• Develop annual business plans, budgets, forecasts, and initiatives for sustainable results.
• Build relationships with owners, corporate clients, government stakeholders, and partners.
