Qualifications

• Lifestyle luxury GM experience in a luxury setting.
• Minimum 8 years as GM in luxury hospitality.
• 2+ years in Indonesia market, city/high-volume hotels preferred.
• Strong financial performance and commercial strategy knowledge.
• Meticulous, quality-driven approach.
• Passion for F&B and culinary innovation.
• High integrity and professional discipline.
• Ambition to achieve industry recognition.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Operational leadership in Rooms or F&B is advantageous.
• Exposure to Asian markets; US/European exposure beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Discuss with Vice President Operations and establish budget and forecast for the hotel.
• Lead department budgeting and ensure adherence to guidelines.
• Analyze monthly P&L and month-end reports and align with business plan.
• Hold daily Operations and Monthly Management meetings to track progress.
• Prepare and submit weekly reports to VP Operations.
• Establish positive owner relations through proper communications.
• Lead Executive Committee to drive revenue across revenue centers.
• Monitor market trends, guest mix, and competitor activity.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, health and safety regulations.
• Represent Brand through marketing, advertising, and promotions alignment.
• Be visible to colleagues and foster welfare and development.
