Qualificações

• Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior hotel management position.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
• Commercially driven with a focus on sales, revenue growth, market positioning, and business development.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations, financial performance, budgeting, and profitability.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Guest-centric mindset with a commitment to service excellence and operational efficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and oversee the overall hotel operations, ensuring operational excellence, service quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Provide strong leadership, direction, and motivation to all departments, fostering a high-performance and accountable team culture.
• Drive the hotel's commercial strategy, focusing on sales growth, revenue generation, market share, and business development.
• Identify new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and strengthen relationships with key accounts, travel agents, corporate clients, and other business partners.
• Work closely with the Sales & Marketing and Revenue teams to maximize occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and overall hotel profitability.
• Develop and execute annual business plans, budgets, and operational strategies in line with company objectives.
• Monitor financial performance, control operational costs, and ensure effective resource and manpower management.
• Lead, coach, and develop Department Heads, ensuring effective succession planning and talent development.
• Maintain strong relationships with hotel owners, management representatives, guests, and other key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, local regulations, and established operational procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance hotel performance, productivity, and guest experience.
• Regularly report hotel performance, business challenges, and strategic recommendations to the Area Management team.
