Responsibilities

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned hospitality leader who understands the art of resort operations, commercial performance, and creating memorable guest experiences. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in 5-star hospitality, a strong leadership presence, and the ability to lead a property through renovation, repositioning, or a new phase of its journey, while inspiring teams and elevating the overall guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the overall operation and performance of the resort, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Drive commercial performance across Rooms, F&B, and other revenue-generating areas.
• Take full accountability for achieving and, where possible, exceeding the approved annual financial budget and key business targets, including revenue, profitability, cost management, and overall financial performance.
• Lead and manage the hotel team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure the resort consistently delivers its brand promise and creates memorable guest experiences.
• Work closely with the corporate team to develop and execute business strategies, budgets, and operational plans.
• Lead the property through renovation, refurbishment, repositioning, or transformation projects, with minimal disruption to operations and a successful outcome.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Projects, Operations, Sales & Marketing, and other stakeholders during renovation or development phases.
• Maintain strong relationships with owners, guests, business partners, vendors, and other key stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, profitability, guest satisfaction, and overall asset value.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, safety standards, and hospitality best practices.
• Represent the hotel in the local community, building relationships with businesses, organizations, and government entities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in the same position.Preferably with strong 5-star resort experience.
• Proven experience in hotel renovation, refurbishment, transformation, new opening, or pre-opening projects.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations with the ability to oversee all departments and drive cross-functional performance.
• Rooms Division or F&B operational background will be considered an advantage.
• Strong commercial understanding with the ability to balance guest experience, operational excellence, and financial performance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and hands-on leadership approach.
