Job summary

Ayana Bali is seeking a young, energetic and elegant Hostess to join our prestigious Food & Beverage team at our 5-star luxury resort in Bali. You will welcome guests, manage reservations, provide menus, announce servers, and ensure a warm first impression.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a similar luxury resort role, excellent English communication, strong customer service skills, and is able to work shifts. A Diploma in Food & Beverage or Hotel Management is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role at a luxury resort.
• Excellent English communication.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Diploma in Food & Beverage, Hotel Management, or other relevant fields.
