We are seeking experienced and passionate hospitality professionals who believe that great service is not simply serving food, but creating memorable guest experiences.

As a Senior Waiter, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional hospitality, supporting service operations, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring every guest receives the warm, elegant, and professional experience that defines DOEUN.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver warm, attentive, and professional service throughout the guest journey.

Present menu items confidently and accurately.

Explain dishes, ingredients, cooking methods, and DOEUN's unique philosophy.

Anticipate guest needs before being asked.

Handle guest requests and special occasions with care and professionalism.

Ensure guests feel welcomed, valued, and comfortable throughout their visit.

Fine Dining Service Execution

Execute service according to DOEUN hospitality standards.

Maintain proper table setting, cleanliness, and presentation.

Serve food and beverages with elegance and precision.

Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow.

Monitor table progress and guest satisfaction throughout service.

Product Knowledge

Develop strong understanding of:

Premium beef cuts

Dry aging and water aging processes

Signature DOEUN dishes

Beverage offerings and pairings

Communicate product knowledge confidently to guests.

Support and guide junior waiters during service.

Assist in training new team members.

Lead by example in professionalism, discipline, grooming, and hospitality.

Help maintain a positive and collaborative working environment.

Operational Responsibilities

Participate in opening and closing duties.

Ensure service stations remain organized and fully stocked.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times.

Follow company SOPs and safety procedures.

Support daily operational requirements assigned by management.

Qualifications

Required

Minimum 1 years experience as waiter or senior waiter in:

Luxury hotel

Positive attitude and professional appearance.

Ability to work under pressure during busy service periods.

Strong teamwork and leadership abilities.

Willingness to learn and grow within a hospitality-focused environment.

Preferred

Experience in fine dining service - cashiering can be beneficial.

Knowledge of wine, cocktails, or premium beverages.

Familiarity with Korean cuisine.

Experience training junior staff.
