• Service & Facility Ops: Enforce service checklists, maintain shore/ship facilities, verify entertainmentsystems, and coordinate insurance claims.
• Terminal & Passenger Handling: Manage passenger/vehicle flow during boarding, VIP manifests, and standby medical teams.
• Logistics & Vendors: Audit food supply quantity/quality, select monthly menus, coordinate vessel berthing schedules, and manage waste disposal.
• Strategy & Reporting: Plan terminal promotional events and compile daily/monthly performance & cost-evaluation reports.
