Job summary

Sofra Jakarta, an authentic Turkish restaurant and café, is seeking a friendly Server to deliver warm hospitality and excellent service to guests. If you are professional, fluent in English, and thrive in a busy dining environment, join our team and contribute to memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, explaining menu items, taking orders, serving food and beverages with high hygiene standards, and maintaining a tidy service area. Weekend shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma 3 in Hospitality/Tourism
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in Food & Beverage Service
• Fluent in English (spoken & written) – Turkish or Arabic language skills are a plus
• Well-groomed, neat, and professional appearance
• Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills
• Communicative, polite, quick-thinking, and able to work under pressure
• Available to work on shift basis, including weekends & public holidays

Responsibilities

• Welcome, greet, and serve every guest with warmth and hospitality
• Provide menu recommendations and explain dishes clearly
• Take orders accurately and serve food & beverages with high hygiene standards
• Attend to guest needs throughout their dining experience
• Maintain cleanliness of the service area and support the team for smooth operations
• Create memorable experiences that make guests want to return
