Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience preferred in waiter/waitress or similar hospitality role.
• Strong English communication, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen or bar team.
• Serve food and beverages according to restaurant standards.
• Ensure guests receive their orders correctly and in a timely manner.
• Check on guests during their meal and respond to their needs or requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper table setup in the dining area.
• Prepare tables before service and clear tables after guests leave.
• Provide menu information and recommend food and beverage options when needed.
• Handle guest requests and complaints politely and report any issues to the Supervisor.
• Work closely with the kitchen and other service team members to ensure smooth operations.
