You will greet guests, present menus, take orders, relay to the kitchen, serve food and drinks, check on guests, and keep the dining area clean. This role requires grooming, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Server/Waiter/Waitress is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and team player.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• English proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
• Present menu and provide detailed information when requested about ingredients and cooking methods.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen team.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and correctly.
• Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction and handle complaints professionally.
• Prepare tables by setting up linens, utensils, and glasses.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Process payments and handle cash or POS transactions.
