Zusammenfassung

PT Anugrah Indo Mandiri is seeking a results-driven HoReCa Sales professional to expand our customer base across Jakarta Barat and surrounding areas. You will develop new outlets while nurturing existing accounts, ensuring orders, deliveries, and collections run smoothly.

The role requires strong networking, negotiation, and presentation skills, plus the ability to travel and work mobile in a dynamic F&B distribution environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum D3 education in Marketing/Business or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Sales HORECA / Account Executive in F&B, FMCG, or distributor industry.
• Strong networking with hotels, restaurants, cafes, bakeries, coffee shops, catering and modern food service.
• Experience hunting new customers (New Outlet Opening) while maintaining existing relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Target driven, disciplined, and able to work mobile.
• Own vehicle and active SIM C license.
• Knowledge of Jakarta Barat area and surroundings is advantageous.
• Health and employment BPJS.

Aufgaben

• Search and develop new customers in the HORECA channel
• Build and maintain good relationships with existing customers to increase repeat orders
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company
• Conduct routine visits to outlets according to coverage area
• Perform product presentations and negotiations with customers
• Ensure order and delivery processes run smoothly
• Monitor payments and assist with collection processes according to due dates
• Create daily, weekly activity reports and sales achievement reports
• Monitor competitor activities and market opportunities
