Job summary

Flora Food Group is seeking a Customer Development Manager to build and sustain relationships with existing FS operators and actively identify new opportunities within the Indonesian market. You will lead distributor sales teams, oversee performance, and ensure execution of daily sales activities while meeting KPIs and growth targets.

You will analyze menus, pricing, and usage across categories, develop targeted outreach, and collaborate with marketing to align initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree is a plus; relevant culinary knowledge and experience highly valued.
Experience in Indonesian food service HoReCa or operator roles is preferred.
Strong ability to influence and persuade; identify and seize opportunities.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

Maintain relationships with existing FS operators and pursue new FS operators.
Provide tailored solutions meeting FS operator needs in line with marketing and trade initiatives.
Outreach to FS operator leads via cold calling and targeted lists to convert opportunities.
Understand product usage in FS operators, including volume, pricing, and menu.
Identify inactive FS operators and devise strategies to win them back and expand product portfolio.
Monitor market trends to ideate new menu opportunities and report weekly on updates and competition.
