Job summary

PT XLSMART Telecom Sejahtera Tbk in Jakarta seeks an experienced Head of Commercial Strategy to support the Chief Commercial Officer in shaping strategy, performance management, and growth initiatives. You will act as a central strategic partner ensuring alignment across business priorities and commercial execution.

The role requires strong analytics, stakeholder management, and the ability to produce executive-ready deliverables.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in commercial strategy, business planning, or performance management.
Experience delivering board presentations and executive reviews.
Proven ability to coordinate across marketing, channel, sales, and network teams.
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; BI tools/SQL is a plus.
Experience in KPI tracking, analytics, and cross-functional project management.
Analytical thinker capable of structuring issues and delivering actionable insights.

Responsibilities

Lead development of commercial strategy and drive strategic initiatives.
Produce and analyze performance data to identify drivers of change.
Coordinate cross functional initiatives across marketing, channel, sales, and network.
Establish frameworks to track initiative performance and KPIs.
Govern and execute strategic commercial programs and priorities.
Serve as strategic partner to the CCO in evaluating decisions and priorities.
Prepare board materials and strategic insights for senior leadership review.
