Job summary

NielsenIQ invites applications for the role of Senior Executive, Analytics & Insights (Retail) in Jakarta. You will serve as an information resource, supporting client accounts with RMS resources, data analyses, and syndicated reporting while collaborating with operations and account teams to drive client value.

A degree in marketing or business with at least two years in market research is expected, alongside strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and a client-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• University degree in Marketing, Business, Management, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in market research or similar role
• Excellent written and verbal communication; English proficiency is a must
• Experience with data analysis and presenting insights
• Aptitude for numbers and meticulous
• Resourceful problem-solving and collaborative team player
• Experience in solution and process automation by leveraging technology

Responsibilities

• Be the day-to-day contact of Retailers clients, who contact our Client Support Centre by phone or email.
• Deliver analyses, charts and reports that are clear, concise, and meaningful to clients.
• Conduct regular reviews with Client Service and Operations teams, to monitor service delivery KPIs.
• Maintain timely communications with account teams and senior management, to keep stakeholders up-to-date on client requirements and call out any issues/risks.
• Organize content for Resource Library, to help clients keep ahead of NielsenIQ practices and policies.
• Support senior management on developing Thought Leadership case studies.
