ATI Business Group in Indonesia is seeking a Supply Transactional Finance professional to support high-volume accounts payable processes, ensure accurate recording, and maintain clean financial records.

You will handle invoice processing, reconciliations, query resolution, and collaboration with cross-functional teams while meeting SLAs; the role requires strong attention to detail, English proficiency at least B2, and flexibility to work shifts.

Qualificações

• Minimum B2 English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Finance or Accounting experience through education, internship, and/or full-time employment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable working with high-volume data and repetitive transactional processes.
• Flexible to work varying hours, including overnight shifts and public holidays.
• Willing to be placed in BSD and/or Jakarta.

Responsabilidades

• Verify, process, and record financial transactions and requests accurately and on time.
• Process invoices and maintain complete and accurate financial records and documentation.
• Perform reconciliation and investigate discrepancies in records, reports, and transactions.
• Respond to internal and external queries within agreed service levels.
• Coordinate with relevant teams and stakeholders to support daily finance operations.
• Handle high-volume data and transactional tasks efficiently.
• Support ad hoc back-office and general administrative tasks as required.
