Job summary

ATI Business Group in Jakarta is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Transactional Finance professional to support high-volume AP processes and ensure accurate financial operations. You will verify, process, and record transactions, manage invoices, and perform reconciliations with a focus on timely responses.

The role requires precision, comfort with large data sets, and flexibility for varying hours, including overnight shifts, with placement in BSD and/or Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Verify, process, and record financial transactions accurately and on time.
• Process invoices and maintain complete and accurate financial records and documentation.
• Perform reconciliation and investigate discrepancies in records, reports, and transactions.
• Respond to internal and external queries within agreed service levels.
• Coordinate with relevant teams and stakeholders to support daily finance operations.
• Handle high-volume data and repetitive transactional tasks efficiently.
• Support ad hoc back-office and general administrative tasks as required.

We are looking for a Supply Transactional Finance professional to support high-volume AP finance processes and ensure smooth day-to-day financial operations. In this role, you’ll handle invoice processing, transaction recording, reconciliation, record management, and query resolution while maintaining accuracy and meeting service level requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify, process, and record financial transactions and requests accurately and on time.
• Process invoices and maintain complete and accurate financial records and documentation.
• Perform reconciliation and investigate discrepancies in records, reports, and transactions.
• Respond to internal and external queries within agreed service levels.
