Job summary

ATI Business Group is seeking a detail-oriented Japanese-speaking professional to join our Operations team in Indonesia. You will verify, process, and record business transactions, maintain records, and collaborate across departments to ensure accuracy and timely service.

Fluency in Japanese (JLPT N1–N4) and CEFR B2 English are required, with flexibility for overnight shifts and weekends. Based in BSD or Jakarta, you will support back-office activities, drive process improvements, and help

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in any major.
• Japanese proficiency (JLPT N1–N4) is required.
• English proficiency of CEFR B2 or above.
• Willing to work on a rotating roster, including overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Willing to be based in BSD and/or Jakarta.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high volumes of work accurately.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
• Experience working in a BPO, shared services, or multinational environment.

Responsibilities

• Verify, process, and record business transactions and operational requests accurately and within agreed service levels.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and supporting documentation while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Investigate discrepancies, resolve exceptions, and follow up on outstanding items with relevant stakeholders.
• Respond to internal and external enquiries professionally and within established turnaround times.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support daily business and operational activities.
• Perform data validation, record checking, and administrative tasks to ensure operational accuracy and compliance.
• Support ad hoc back-office activities and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to achieving team productivity, quality, and service performance targets.
