Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of B2B sales or sales engineering in electrical equipment manufacturing or power systems.
• Experience with utility companies, EPC contractors, or large industrial customers.
• Knowledge of transformers, high‑voltage equipment, substations, switchgear, or power distribution.
• Experience managing sales processes, tenders, negotiations, and long‑term relationships.
• Proficiency in English.
• Willing to complete initial training in Cikarang before Jakarta base.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities within power, utilities, EPC, industrial, mining, and oil & gas sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Deliver technical presentations, prepare commercial proposals, and recommend equipment solutions.
• Monitor project pipelines, tenders, and procurement activities for power transmission and electrical infrastructure.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, quality, and project management for successful execution.
• Support tender submissions, contract negotiations, project documentation, and post‑sales activities.
• Conduct regular customer visits, site meetings, and industry networking to grow market presence.
