Job summary

JAPFA invites applications for a role to perform and lead daily Parent Stock farm activities, ensuring SOPs and work instructions are followed. Responsibilities include monitoring flock condition, feeding, egg collection, mortality and hygiene.

You will support supervisors, guide operators and junior staff, identify abnormal health or operational issues, and ensure accurate recording of daily production data.

Job description

Perform and lead daily Parent Stock farm activities in accordance with SOPs and work instructions. Monitor flock condition and operational parameters, including feeding, egg collection, mortality, and hygiene. Support supervisors in ensuring biosecurity, animal welfare, and safety standards are followed. Provide guidance and on-the-job support to operators and junior staff. Identify and report abnormalities in flock health, equipment, or operations. Ensure accurate recording of daily production and operational data. Support implementation of improvement actions and best practices at farm level.
