Job summary

Japfa in Purwosari, East Java, is seeking a hands-on farm supervisor to lead daily Parent Stock activities in accordance with SOPs. You will monitor flock health and production metrics and support supervisors to uphold biosecurity, welfare, and safety standards at the farm.

You will guide operators and junior staff, report abnormalities, ensure accurate data recording, and assist in implementing improvements and best practices across the farm.

Responsibilities

• Perform and lead daily Parent Stock farm activities per SOPs and work instructions.
• Monitor flock condition and parameters: feeding, egg collection, mortality, hygiene.
• Support supervisors to ensure biosecurity, animal welfare and safety standards.
• Provide guidance and on-the-job support to operators and junior staff.
• Identify and report abnormalities in flock health, equipment, or operations.
• Ensure accurate recording of daily production and operational data.
• Support implementation of improvements and best practices at farm level.
