Job summary

Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk is seeking a field-focused role to perform and lead daily Parent Stock farm activities in line with SOPs. The position involves monitoring flock health and operational parameters, including feeding, egg collection, mortality, and hygiene.

You will support supervisors in biosecurity, welfare, and safety standards, guide operators and junior staff, and ensure accurate daily production records.

• Support supervisors to ensure biosecurity, animal welfare, and safety standards.
• Provide guidance and on-the-job support to operators and junior staff.
• Identify and report abnormalities in flock health, equipment or operations.
• Record daily production and operational data accurately.
• Support implementation of improvements and best practices at farm level.
