Job summary

ID7J PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk is seeking a hands-on Farm Supervisor to lead daily Parent Stock farm activities and ensure high welfare and biosecurity standards. You will guide operators and junior staff, monitor flock health, manage data recording, and assist in implementing improvements at the farm level.

Based on SOPs, you will supervise feeding, egg collection, sanitation, and health checks, ensuring safety and quality across operations.

Job description

Perform and lead daily Parent Stock farm activities in accordance with SOPs and work instructions. Monitor flock condition and operational parameters, including feeding, egg collection, mortality, and hygiene. Support supervisors in ensuring biosecurity, animal welfare, and safety standards are followed. Provide guidance and on-the-job support to operators and junior staff. Identify and report abnormalities in flock health, equipment, or operations. Ensure accurate recording of daily production and operational data. Support implementation of improvement actions and best practices at farm level.
