Job summary

Japfa is seeking a hands-on Farm Supervisor to lead daily Parent Stock farm activities in Indonesia. You will monitor flock condition, manage feeding, egg collection, mortality and hygiene, and support supervisors in biosecurity and welfare standards.

You will guide operators and junior staff, record daily production data accurately, and help implement improvements and best practices at farm level to optimise performance.

Job description

Perform and lead daily Parent Stock farm activities in accordance with SOPs and work instructions. Monitor flock condition and operational parameters, including feeding, egg collection, mortality, and hygiene. Support supervisors in ensuring biosecurity, animal welfare, and safety standards are followed. Provide guidance and on-the-job support to operators and junior staff. Identify and report abnormalities in flock health, equipment, or operations. Ensure accurate recording of daily production and operational data. Support implementation of improvement actions and best practices at farm level.
