Job summary

Japfa is seeking a Farm Supervisor to lead daily Parent Stock operations in Indonesia's East Java region. The role focuses on flock monitoring, feeding, egg collection, mortality control, and hygiene to uphold welfare and safety standards.

You will guide operators and junior staff, report abnormalities, and ensure precise daily production records. The incumbent will help implement farm-level improvements based on SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Perform and lead daily Parent Stock farm activities according to SOPs and work instructions.
• Monitor flock condition and operational parameters, including feeding, egg collection, mortality and hygiene.
• Support supervisors in ensuring biosecurity, animal welfare and safety standards.
• Provide guidance and on-the-job support to operators and junior staff.
• Identify and report abnormalities in flock health, equipment or operations.
• Ensure accurate recording of daily production and operational data.
• Support implementation of improvements and best practices at farm level.
